Letter from the
Recruitment Chair:
Hello there! My name is Hannah-Kate Kinney, and I have the honor of serving as the 2023 Recruitment Chair for the Kappa Chapter of Chi Omega. I am so excited to welcome you through our red door this August.I could not be more excited to share about my time at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and as a member of Chi Omega. I think both are simply fantastic and have afforded me so many wonderful opportunities. Originally from Omaha, I was nervous that I wouldn't make the same mark I created in high school. I thought that coming to a Big 10 university would swallow me whole. However, the women of Chi Omega showed me the way. There is a Chi Omega leader on every corner of campus. Each Sister is chasing her own passion and doing so in high speed. Chi Omega does not complete you, rather, the people within our home and the moments we create inspire you to complete yourself. Chi Omega motivates you to stretch, to dream, and to become the young woman, friend, and leader you've always aspired to be. |
The women in this house are my best friends, my roommates, my supporters, and my role models. I hope you run home to the house that inspires you to live out your wildest dreams, to the place where you can kick off your shoes and relax after a long day, and most importantly, I hope you run home on Bid Day to the people who feel like home. I know I did.
Class of 2027, welcome!
Go Greek, & go Chi O!
