How did you get involved your freshman year?
"Being in a sorority makes being involved on campus easily accessible! If you are interested or have a passion for something, chances are there is an upperclassman who has that same interest and is willing to guide you in the right direction! Going through the list of clubs and organizations on NvolveU - UNL's web-based student organization database - was also helpful when looking for specific organizations related to my major."

"I love the Big Red Investment Club (BRIC) and Stock Pitch as they have given me a ton of hands-on opportunities to learn about the world of investment, hear from professionals, and practice researching real companies to add to the club’s investment portfolio.
Follow the club on Instagram @unlbric (I run the Instagram!)" - Mary Foster Major: Finance |
